Cl 44 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the cl 44 platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cl 44. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. Registering an account, placing bets, participating in lotteries, or completing any transaction on the platform all signify your explicit acceptance of these Terms. 2. Account Registration & Security
To access services on cl 44, you need to create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — opening an account with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms. Each person may only hold one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. cl 44 will not be held liable for any activity carried out using your login credentials. cl 44 may request additional documents or information for identity verification at any time and reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3. User Responsibilities

Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users is completely unacceptable. You may only place bets using your own funds — betting with third-party funds is not permitted. 5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on the cl 44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via approved mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are clearly specified on the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours of successful verification. If fraud is suspected in any transaction, cl 44 reserves the right to place it on hold pending investigation. You are required to use your own registered mobile banking account for all deposits and withdrawals — use of third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in funds being forfeited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Cl 44 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose. cl 44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or failures of third-party services. In the event of data or financial loss caused by unauthorized access or a security breach, cl 44's liability will be limited provided there is no direct negligence on its part. Under no circumstances will cl 44 be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. cl 44 accepts no responsibility for personal financial losses arising from betting or gaming — such risks are borne entirely by the user.
7. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cl 44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account at any time and for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations — without prior notice. In instances of fraud, multiple account operation, suspected money laundering, or platform abuse, the account may be terminated and the balance forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been completed, as recovery after closure may be difficult. Voluntary account closure requests may take up to 7 business days to process.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the cl 44 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video materials — is exclusively owned by cl 44 and protected under intellectual property rights. No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cl 44. Attempting to reverse-engineer or decompile the platform's software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability. While users retain ownership of any content they upload or share on the platform, cl 44 will hold a non-exclusive license to display and use that content. Uploading any content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of these Terms, and the user bears full responsibility for any resulting liability.
9. Third Parties & Changes to Terms
The cl 44 platform may at times contain links to or integrations with third-party services. cl 44 takes no responsibility for those third-party services, their content, or their privacy policies. When using third-party services, the respective provider's own terms and conditions will apply. cl 44 reserves the right to amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date of the update. 10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between cl 44 and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh, and both parties agree to submit to that jurisdiction. Should any provision of these Terms be found unenforceable by a court, it will not affect the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force. The user acknowledges that these Terms constitute the entire agreement between both parties and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
